How do I order?

ONLINE orders have PRIORITY and guarantee the correct retrieval of invoicing and delivery data.

I. Online

• Step 1

  • After choosing the product you want, click on the " Add to cart " button. The product will be added to your shopping cart.

• Step 2

  • To see which products you have selected, click the " My Cart.

• Step 3

  • After you have added all the products you want to buy, click the " My Cart, and then if you want to complete the order, click " View Cart Details ".

• Step 4

  • the option will appear to Send Order. Press this button and your order is almost ready, you only have one step left!
    • if you did not login before starting your shopping, a new window will open in which you must enter your e-mail address and password ;
    • if you are already logged in, all you have to do is enter the contact details that will be used to contact you and for your products to be delivered later.

How do I pay?

1. Refunds

• The products of the courier who delivers together with the delivery fees included in the invoice value are paid.

2. Payment by Card

• Online on the jadrel.ro website
  • Payments can be made online with the card (personal or company);
  • Accepted cards are those issued under the logos VISA and MASTERCARD ;
  • No additional transaction fees are charged;
  • To complete any transaction you must provide:
    • card code (all digits on the front of the card, no spaces);
    • Expiration date;
    • the last three digits on the back of the card written on the tape with your signature.

3. the Payment order

• A proforma invoice is generated and sent by e-mail or fax to the client by a jadrel.ro agent. The bank account is entered in the proforma invoice depending on the client's request.
• The products will be sent to the customer after there is evidence of the money entering the bank account of jadrel.ro.

Shipping options

The products sold by the seller are delivered using express courier services. All products are new and delivered in the original packaging of the manufacturer. The total value of the transport will be displayed in the shopping cart before placing the order. Free transport in Bucharest for orders over 299 lei and in the country over 299 lei up to 4 kg, within the coverage of courier companies.

*IMPORTANT!

The products can be checked upon delivery only if the package opening option has been chosen beforehand.
Both in Bucharest and in the country, the transport fee for large appliances will be automatically added to the shopping cart.
The products are delivered to the front of the house/block building. The customer has the obligation to ensure that, at the date of delivery, there are persons designated to receive the products.
