PRIVACY POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE & PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy ") The purpose of this Policy is to explain the type of personal data collected, how it is processed, the rights of data subjects, their retention time as well as other information related to the processing of personal data. J40 /14034/2021, having the fiscal identification code RO44742222, registered and endorsed by ANSPDCP (National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing) with no. registration number 10261, hereinafter referred to as Jadrel. Browsing the pages of our website is possible without declaring any personal data. However, for certain specific situations such as completing a survey or participating in a contest, certain personal information belonging to data subjects might be collected and processed . If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no statutory basis for this processing, we undertake to obtain the consent of the data subject. The processing of personal data - such as name, surname, address, e-mail address, phone number - will be carried out, each time, in accordance with the stipulations of Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of individuals, related to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as with the repealing of Directive 95/46/CE  (the “Regulation”), and also in accordance with specific data protection regulations of the country in which Jadrel operates.
Through this Policy, our company would like to inform the general public about the nature, the extent and purpose for which we collect and process personal data. In addition, the data subjects are also informed about the rights they benefit of, rights stipulated by the Regulation. As an operator, Jadrel has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the complete protection of personal data. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY In stock = the product is in Jadrel’s stock, in the central warehouse, and is available for  delivery/pick-up in the terms mentioned in the shopping cart page/e-mail order confirmation/SMS. In supplier’s stock = The product is not available in Jadrel’s stock and is ordered from the supplier immediately after the completion of your order. The estimated delivery time is the one displayed on the product page. In the event that the supplier cannot fulfill the order, a Jadrel consultant will contact you to cancel/change the order with a similar product or to communicate a rectified delivery time. Unavailable = The product is not available in Jadrel’s stock and, at the moment, we do not have information about its availability in the supplier's stock. We recommend that you sign up for the Notify Me alert and you will be automatically notified when the product is back in stock. Pre-order = The product is not currently available and will be in stock at the estimated time displayed on the product page on Jadrel’s website. The actual delivery time may change, depending on availability at the manufacturer / supplier. Promotions on Jadrel’s website are applied according to our available and limited stock.  REVIEWS/ QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Review - a written evaluation by a customer of a good or service, presented on https://www.jadrel.ro/  website. Rating - a way of expressing the degree of satisfaction of a customer with a product or service. The grade is expressed in the form of stars and each good or service can receive a score from one star to five stars.   Merchant Response - The response provided by Jadrel’s technical staff to a review received from a customer. Fourteen days after the purchase of a product or service, the customer will be asked to write a review of the purchased good or service. The request will be sent to the e-mail address of the customer’s account. WRITING REVIEWS / QUESTIONS Writing reviews can be done by customers in the "Reviews / Questions and Answers" sections. The information submitted can be both positive and negative, and will relate to the characteristics and use of a product or service. Each customer, at the time of writing a review in the mentioned section, agrees to abide by the following rules: to refer only to the characteristics and/or the way of using a certain product or service,           avoiding information related to aspects that may change in time (i.e. price or promotional offers) or information related to order conduct; to use appropriate, non-offensive language, without using terms that may offend or affect any other customer; to ensure that the information entered is realistic, correct, not misleading, and in accordance with applicable law, including respect for the rights of other parties, copyright, trademark, license or other property, advertising or privacy rights; to not provide or request, in any way, personal data (contact details, information about delivery or home address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, name and/or surname, etc.) or any other information that may lead to the disclosure of such personal data; not to use the reviews section as a means of communication with the seller; for this purpose, the contact details of the seller registered on the site will be used. In addition to a realistic and critical evaluation, when submitting a review, the customer will also add a relevant grade for the related product or service. Reviews, along with their respective ratings, will influence the overall rating of the product or service, a number that appears next to their name. Customers who submit reviews that include photo files will act in accordance with the following rules: uploaded files will contain images that relate to the product or service for which the review is being written, ensuring that uploaded files comply with copyright; uploaded files will not contain violence, adult content, foul language, or other content that offends a person/ group using race or ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, age, veteran status, sexual orientation or political; uploaded files will not contain information about other people; uploaded files will not contain URLs or watermarks to sites that carry out the same business as the seller. When a review is reported by a customer as having inappropriate content, from a strictly and subjective perspective, this content is carefully examined by Jadrel to determine if it violates the website’s Terms and Conditions. The texts, photos or videos submitted are removed from the website only after being examinated by Jadrel. If Jadrel finds a repeated violation of the Terms and Conditions, he reserves the right to suspend the customer's ability to submit reviews. For reports or complaints related to a purchased product and/ r service, the customers can fill out a complaint form on the website:   DEFINITIONS This Policy is based on the Regulation as well as any and all applicable laws regarding the protection of personal data. The policy must be comprehensible both to the general public as well as to our clients and business partners. To ensure this, we will explain the terminology used.         In this Policy we will use, inter alia, the following terms:

  • Personal Data - refers to any information that makes it possible to identify an individual (data subject);
  • Target person - represents an identified or identifiable individual. An "identifiable" individual is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more features characteristic of his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
  • Processing - means performing any operation or set of operations on personal data, with or without automatic means, such as gathering, registering, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing (by transmitting, broadcasting or making available in a different way), aligning or combining, blocking, deleting or destroying;
  • Restriction of processing - refers to the marking of processed  personal data in order to limit their processing in the future;
  • Profiling - refers to any authorized form of personal data processing consisting of the use of personal data to assess certain personal aspects of an individual, in particular to analyze or predict aspects related to work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, location or movements of an individual;
  • Pseudonymization - is the processing of personal data in such a manner that the data can no longer be attributed to a data subject without the use of additional information, provided that this additional information is stored separately and is subjected to technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data is not attributed to an identified or identifiable individual;
  • Operator or operator responsible for processing - is an individual or legal person, public authority, agency or any other official who, alone or with the help of third parties, determines the purposes or means of processing personal data; where the purposes and means of processing are determined by Union’s or Member States’ legislation, the operator or the specific criteria for his nomination may be provided by the Union’s or the Member States’ legislation;
  • Recipient - is an individual or legal person, public authority, agency or other body, to whom personal data is disclosed, whether he represents a third party or not. However, public authorities who may receive personal data in a particular investigation in accordance with Union’s or Member States’ legislation will not be considered recipients; the processing of such data by public authorities shall be made in compliance with the rules applicable to data protection in accordance with the purposes of the processing;
  • Third party - is an individual or legal person, public authority, agency or other official other than the data subject, operator, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the operator or processor, are authorized to process personal data;
  • Consent - the consent of the data subject is any indication given freely, specifically, clearly that the data subject provides through a statement or a clear affirmative action, signifying the agreement for the processing of his personal data.
