To return products please follow the steps below:
1. Read the terms and conditions below in which the products can be returned
2. Fill in the return form and wait for you to be contacted by our colleagues
3. If you have received confirmation that you meet the return conditions, please send the products through a free to the address indicated by our colleagues in response.
4. Write on the transport letter (AWB) the number of the return request (form RT XXXXX) and then send us the AWB number and the courier company with which you sent the products here. Parcels that have not entered on the AWB the number of the return request, those for which we have not been notified that they have been sent, and those with a refund (shipping system according to which the recipient is obliged, upon receipt, to pay the sender the equivalent value) will not be welcome!
5. After the products have reached us and have been verified, you will be contacted regarding the development and completion of this procedure.
Terms and conditions
The return of the products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and they are in accordance with the provisions of GEO 2020 regarding the consumers' rights within the contracts concluded with the professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.
The products that are the object of the orders concluded online can be returned, without invoking any reason within 14 days from the date of their receipt; before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art.13 paragraph (3), within 14 calendar days starting from the day when it enters the physical possession of the product.
In the case of legal entities (they do not have the quality of consumer) we reserve the right to accept the return of the products by charging a fee to reduce their value or not to comply with the return request.
The consumer bears return costs.
The customer bears the cost of transport, and in case of a return, the transport fee paid upon delivery is not refundable. Considering the provisions of the updated law 249/2015, in order to fulfill the objectives of art. 14 products are returned only in the original packaging.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered;
The consumer is responsible only in terms of reducing the value of products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and operation.
The Seller will reimburse the value of the product in full 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of informing jadrel.ro by the Consumer on his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return. jadrel.ro may postpone the refund of the value of the product until the receipt of the product sold or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped if jadrel.ro has not offered to recover the product itself (the most recent date will be taken ). The amount of money related to the returned products will be refunded after checking the products after establishing by mutual agreement the method of refund or according to the legal procedures.
They are exempted from the right of withdrawal provided in regarding distance contracts and off-premises contracts the following:
1. the supply of products made to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized; (EX. Computers assembled on request or Diaxa systems, Laptops, Desktops where the buyer's intervention on their configuration was intervened)
2. the supply of products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
3. the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer; (EX. Personal care products, periodicals from the category Children and Babies, in-ear headphones, etc.)
4. the supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
5. providing sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed after delivery; (Eg games, software, licenses, warranty extensions, movies, audiobooks, interactive books, etc.)
6. providing newspapers, periodicals, and magazines, except for subscription contracts for the provision of such publications; (Warning! Books cannot be returned after they have been read!)
7. contracts concluded in a tender;
8. the supply of digital content which is not delivered on a material medium, if the provision began with the prior express consent of the consumer and after the consumer has confirmed that he has become aware that he will lose his right of withdrawal (EX. Electronic licenses, warranty extensions)
Careful! Medical devices are not found in the provisions and cannot be returned!
In cases where the returned products show damage or are incomplete, offer signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, or missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to stop an amount from the value of the product (value with VAT), the amount what will be communicated after the assessment of the damages caused. We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).
The amount related to the return is refunded in a valid bank account (in lei) opened in the name of the invoice holder.
Please check the physical integrity of the packages when you receive them from Fan Courier or Cargus in the presence of the courier and request a report of damage if the products show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
The TVs benefit from the opening of the package upon delivery. Please check the TV in the presence of the courier at the time of receipt and request a report of damage, if it is defective. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
The modification of the invoicing data from the natural person to the legal person can be requested within 48 hours from the entry into possession of the products. The settlement term is up to 30 working days. Only invoices that have the receipt issued by the courier company on the legal entity can be modified. Invoices issued at headquarters do not change
If the products to be returned have been accompanied by any bonuses, they must also be returned. If you have bought several products of the same type and you want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
Because it is not possible to establish exactly the value of reducing the value of the following products, batteries, chargers, printer consumables (cartridges, plain road, paper), protective foils, etc., they can only be returned sealed.
The return of products that have active accounts/passwords set by the customer will not be accepted.
